Your next date night can be a show stopper with this class! Allow Chef Bruce to walk you through the hands-on creating of this Italian culinary dream menu. In class tasks will include cutting farfalle, working with ricotta cheese, making pesto with machine and mortar, and truffle dipping. Don't be intimidated you will be in good hands. Then allow the studio setting to be your own venue as you wine and dine on your freshly prepared meal. Buon appetito!
