About
As a resident of the Chapel Hill and Carrboro area since 1992, I know there is no other place I would rather be. That says a lot since I’ve lived in seven other states! Whew.
My adult life included constantly watching the real estate market but I didn’t give it my full attention until after spending a number of years working at a nationally known leadership firm. In addition to being a Broker/Realtor, I own a home staging business. It’s there to help facilitate the best service and optimal results I can provide to my clients.
My goal is to help you and your family navigate whatever transition you’re facing by understanding your needs, timeline and priorities. To do that, I place a high degree of importance on my listening and communicating skills, and making each interaction as professional and enjoyable as it can be. In addition to those communication skills, I’ve developed some solid project management and organizational methods. These combined skills haven’t let me down.
