About
As a resident of the Chapel Hill and Carrboro area since 1992, I know there is no other place I would rather be. That says a lot since I’ve lived in seven other states! Whew.
My adult life included constantly watching the real estate market, but I didn’t give it my full attention until after spending a number of years working at a nationally recognized leadership firm. In addition to being a Broker/REALTOR, I owned a home staging business to help facilitate the best service and optimal results I can provide to my clients.
My goal is to help YOU navigate whatever transition you’re facing by understanding your needs, timeline and priorities. To do that, I place a high degree of importance on my listening and communication skills and making each interaction as professional and enjoyable as it can be. In addition to those communication skills, I’ve developed some solid project management and organizational methods. These combined skills have proven extremely worthwhile, ensuring success over the years.
